What This Package Includes

This package is designed to give you robust pre-legal support letting you take legal steps with confidence. Services may include:

    •    Preparing and sending certified debt validation or dispute letters

    •    Drafting and filing small claims court documents

    •    Coordinating service of process (via sheriff or private process server)

    •    Advising you on next procedural steps (non-attorney guidance only)

How It Works & What to Expect

    1.    No Upfront Success Fee you pay only for case-related costs (see below).

    2.    We provide the deliverables above, tailored to your situation.

    3.    If a settlement, judgment, or recovery occurs, you retain 55% and I receive 45% as a success fee.

    4.    Payment of the 45% success fee is due within 5 calendar days of your receiving the funds.

    5.    If no recovery is made, you owe no success fee (only the costs you agreed to).

Client Costs (Paid Upfront, Non-Refundable)

You are responsible for all third-party expenses needed for your case, such as:

    •    Court filing fees

    •    Certified mail costs

    •    Service of process (sheriff, private process server)

These costs are separate from the success fee and cannot be refunded.

Agreement & Enforceability

    •    A formal contract will be executed by both parties, notarized and witnessed, to ensure enforceability.

    •    In that contract, you authorize assignment of 45% to me of any recovery. If you receive funds directly, you agree to remit the 45% within 5 days.

    •    Should you default on payment of the success fee, I may pursue enforcement (e.g. in small claims court) using this signed contract as proof.
